FAQs

What types of conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, and more. We also help individuals experiencing burnout, grief, trauma, or challenges with focus and mood. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what you’re dealing with — we’re here to help you figure it out.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept most major insurances and also welcome private-pay patients. To confirm whether we are in-network with your insurance provider or learn more about our payment options, please contact our office directly. We’re happy to assist you.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we’ll review your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and current challenges. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and needs.

Do I need a diagnosis to schedule an appointment?

Not at all. Many of our patients come to us with questions or symptoms they don’t yet understand. We’ll guide you through a full evaluation to determine the best path forward.

Are services available in Spanish?

Yes. We proudly offer bilingual services in both English and Spanish to ensure language is never a barrier to care. We are working to include other language translators to include all patient populations.

How do I get started as a new patient?

You can get started by submitting a contact form through our website or calling our office. We’ll ask for a copy of your insurance card (if applicable) and schedule your first appointment once your information is verified.

Do you offer therapy or just medication management?

We currently focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. However, we work closely with trusted therapists in the area and can refer you to someone who complements your care with us.

Do you offer telehealth (virtual) appointments?

Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual appointments for eligible patients located in California. Please note that telehealth availability may depend on your specific insurance coverage. In-person visits are also available depending on your needs and preferences.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee, as appointment times are reserved especially for you.
